Most growing businesses choose between a senior hire they can’t yet afford and an agency with limited specialized expertise. Our Growth Partner engagement gives you both the thinking and the doing.

More about Elizabeth

A steady rhythm you can count on.

Weekly work adds up to monthly results, and monthly results shape the plan for each quarter. All of it is measured by what matters: repeat customers, revenue per customer, and what it costs to win each one.

  • Every week

A check-in with your team, campaigns and ads managed, and email, SMS, and push sent.

  • Every month

A priority plan and campaign calendar, a report on what’s working, and new tests to improve results.

  • Every quarter

A roadmap refresh, a review of loyalty, referral, and retention programs, and a plan for the next season or launch.

You always know what’s being worked on.

Growth Partner runs on a shared priority list. You see what’s in progress, what’s next, and what’s done. When something new comes up, we decide together where it fits.

Example priority list
  • Now

    • Spring promotion emails
    • Google Ads restructure
  • Next

Senior marketing, at a price that works.

From $4,500/month

One monthly fee, shaped around what you need us to own. You’ll know your exact fee before we start.

Bigger projects, like a new website or a full Customer Growth Build, are scoped separately.

What shapes your fee

  • How many workstreams run at once

Most engagements run two or three at a time.

  • Which channels we manage

Email, SMS, push, paid search, paid social, and more.

  • How much hands-on production

From direction and review to building every piece.

Questions about Growth Partner.

How much does Growth Partner cost?

Growth Partner starts at $4,500 a month. Your fee depends on how many workstreams we run at once, which channels we manage, and how much hands-on production each one needs. You’ll know your exact fee in writing before we start.

How much of Elizabeth’s time do we get?

You’re paying for defined workstreams and results, not hours. Most engagements run two or three workstreams at once, with a weekly check-in, a monthly report, and a quarterly roadmap refresh.

Why a three-month start?

The first month is for learning your business and landing quick wins. By the third, you’re seeing results and we’re refreshing the roadmap together. After that, it’s month to month.

Do you manage our ads?

Yes. Ads management can be one of your workstreams, across paid search and paid social. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms and isn’t part of your fee.

Is Growth Partner right for us?

It’s a good fit if you have customers and a marketing budget and need someone senior to own the plan. If you’re not ready to hire a full-time marketing leader, or your current leader is taking an extended leave of absence, it’s a great partnership.

Can you work with our team or other agencies?

Yes. We can lead your in-house team, coordinate with your agencies and vendors, or fill the gaps between them.

What if we need a bigger project?

Large projects, like a new website or a full customer journey build, are scoped separately so they don’t crowd out your monthly priorities. Many clients start with a Customer Growth Build and continue with Growth Partner.
