Questions about the Build.

How much does the Build cost?

The Customer Growth Build starts at $9,000 for three priority journeys, about 15 messages, up to two channels, and one CRM or email platform. More journeys, channels, or platforms will increase the scope and cost. You’ll get a fixed price in a written proposal before any work begins.

Which platforms do you work in?

We build in the platform you already use, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Braze. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you choose one that fits your business and budget.

Do we need a Diagnostic first?

No. If you already know what needs to be built, start here. If you’re not sure where customers are slipping away, the Customer Growth Diagnostic will tell you what to build first.

Can you build the website and launch ads too?

Yes. If your journeys need new landing pages, website updates, or paid ads to bring people in, we can build and launch them as part of your Build. Ongoing ads management is part of our Growth Partner engagement.

What isn’t included?

Full CRM migrations, custom integrations, major data cleanup, and ongoing campaign production after launch. We can scope those separately.

What happens after launch?

You own everything we build, with documentation so your team can run it. If you want someone to keep improving it, our Growth Partner engagement picks up where the Build leaves off.
